Varun Arun is an innovator dedicated to addressing the need for scalable circular materials to replace fossil fuel components, reduce emissions, and combat plastic pollution. He is developing a solution that uses lignin and agricultural residues to create sustainable alternatives, offering farmers new revenue streams while closing gaps in the circular economy. By focusing on this work, he aims to reduce pollution from material production and disposal while boosting rural livelihoods. This work is deeply personal to him because living in a climate emergency makes him determined to create solutions that contribute to both community well-being and environmental sustainability. With determination and vision, Varun is paving the way for sustainable solutions that make a real difference.
