Md Alif Al Montasir Jim

Dr. MD Alif Al Montasir Jim, a passionate environmental advocate based in Hungary, is dedicated to tackling the pressing issue of single-use plastic pollution. With a deep personal connection to the problem, having witnessed the transformation of his beloved birth city, Dhaka, into a silent plastic landfill, MD Alif is determined to make a difference. His project idea revolves around the installation of refill machines inspired by Germany's successful bottle return systems, offering a convenient and sustainable solution to the plastic waste crisis generated by Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) packaging.

By introducing FMCG Refilling Machines, MD Alif aims to empower consumers to actively participate in reducing their environmental impact. Through this innovative approach, he envisions a future where individuals can effortlessly refill their favorite products, contributing to a significant reduction in plastic waste in not only Dhaka but also in other South Asian cities facing similar challenges. MD Alif's commitment to environmental sustainability and his innovative project idea make him a driving force in the fight against single-use plastic pollution.
