Zoleka Fuyana is an innovator dedicated to addressing the lack of indigenous knowledge in sustainability initiatives. She is developing a solution that Kwephuka, a project that reinterprets ancestral wisdom for the digital age through interactive storytelling and digital art infused with indigenous knowledge. By focusing on this work, she aims to create a space that celebrates indigenous languages and cultures while educating Southern African youth on merging culture with sustainability. This work is deeply personal to her because Africa is highly vulnerable to climate change, and embedding sustainability is crucial for its development. With determination and vision, Zoleka is paving the way for sustainable solutions that make a real difference.
