PAULI.IDN converts fly ash and coconut husks into modular artificial reefs — "Fish Apartments" — that simultaneously create fish habitat and restore coral, unlike conventional methods that only plant corals. Materials are lab-certified safe under Indonesian environmental law.

Turned Indonesia's two biggest environmental problems — 98.9 million tonnes of annual coal waste and dying coral reefs — into a single solution. Deployed 100+ reef modules made from 800 kg of coal waste, restoring 1,000+ coral fragments across 37 species and 8 sites. Targeting restoration of 6 hectares of coral reef across 3 island pilot sites. Seeking €15,000 follow-on grant and €12,000 investment.
