Salsabila Malihah Andriana is an innovator dedicated to addressing reliance on imported foods and the extinction of cultural heritage. She is developing a solution that combines food innovation and training workshops rooted in ancestral practices with modern techniques to make local food relevant again, paired with co-created regenerative ecotourism. By focusing on this work, she aims to foster intergenerational knowledge exchange through activations, excursions, and workshops, while upskilling communities and facilitating knowledge transfer. This work is deeply personal to her because she has seen how rapid dietary changes and declining local food consumption have caused health and social problems. She wants to offer alternative solutions that increase community livelihood. With determination and vision, Salsabila is paving the way for sustainable solutions that make a real difference.
