Project description

Nodal WH System solves the 6-week bottleneck in hemp-based prefabrication by offering a dry-coat construction panel system. They use a proprietary process of lime-coated hemp shives compacted into timber frames - combined with a patented prefabricate connection system, to deliver structurally ready wall, floor and roof panels with zero curing time.

The beVisioneers journey

They have moved through a full cycle of prototyping, failure, pivot and breakthrough. They used the funds to purchase materials, tools and hire workers to independently build and test 20 prefabricated hemp-lime partition wall panels. The prototype revealed critical flaws: excessive weight.

Key Highlights

  • Over 200 tonnes of CO₂ annually
  • 3 team members
  • Donated 20 panels to the Polish Association of Natural Construction
