Adarsh Yadagiri

Adarsh Yadagiri is a dedicated social innovator and the founder of The Future Lead Initiatives (FLI), an education and community leadership project based in Hyderabad, India. FLI empowers first-generation students from low-income backgrounds by delivering essential life skills often overlooked in traditional classrooms—covering foundational areas like digital and financial literacy, soft skills, and mental health education.

Inspired by his own journey as a first-generation college graduate, Adarsh recognized that many talented students are held back not by ambition, but by lack of access. In India, over 45% of youth from low-income communities lack quality life skills education, contributing to high youth unemployment rates and limited pathways to local and international opportunities. FLI partners with government schools and colleges to deliver structured programs led by trained student volunteers and teachers, aiming to embed foundational and life skills into every young person’s learning journey while connecting them with career opportunities.

In 2025, FLI was honored as a Social Impact Seed Awardee by the Aspire Institute, founded by Harvard Business School professors. FLI is scaling its impact with the goal of reaching more towns and villages across India, building a replicable, community-driven model that equips students not just to succeed academically, but to thrive in life.
