Aakarshi Srivastava\'s project is called Earthly Incorp. It is currently in the Prototype Stage and falls under the Sustainable Food Systems, Food Security, and Healthy Nutrition impact zone. The project aims to address the issue of growing food waste in her hometown of Lucknow. Aakarshi has identified problems with current waste disposal systems, attitudes towards recycling and donation, and a lack of regulation, linking these to root causes like insufficient proper waste disposal systems and public apathy.
