Committed to environmental sustainability and women's empowerment, Ratibu has initiated a transformative project aimed at enabling and supporting women to enhance their resilience through smart sustainable agriculture practices.

Recognizing the urgent need for change, Ratibu's initiative focuses on equipping women with the knowledge and resources to cultivate Ecological Smart Climate Agriculture practices. By promoting climate-smart agriculture techniques such as soil fertility management and sustainable resource utilization, the project seeks to not only improve food security but also protect the environment.Through training and support, beneficiaries will be empowered to cultivate improved coffee gardens, ultimately increasing their incomes, providing for their families, and securing a better future for themselves and their children.
