As a sustainability advocate and someone who has grappled with personal health challenges, Grania is deeply aware of the critical intersection between food security, health, and lifestyle choices.
Drawing on her passion for sustainability and her understanding of the alternative protein sector in India, Grania envisions a project that will bridge the gap between HoReCa vendors and consumers in the smart protein industry. Her goal is to educate, supply, and empower HoReCa players with the necessary tools and resources to embrace eco-conscious practices and cater to the evolving needs of consumers. With a vision to create a pan-India network encompassing agriculturalists, raw ingredient manufacturers, FnB distributors, and HoReCa players, Grania aims to propel the alternative protein sector into the mainstream.
