With a focus on food waste, clean water, and waste management, Eric's project of sustainable community kitchens takes a holistic approach to address these pressing issues. By implementing strategies to harvest rainwater, grow food locally, and promote the reduce, reuse, and recycle of waste, Eric aims to create self-sustaining hubs within communities. Having witnessed poverty firsthand throughout his life, Eric is driven by a desire to bridge the gap between different societal strata in Mexico. Drawing inspiration from his travels to more developed countries, Eric believes that access to basic necessities like water, food, and knowledge can empower individuals to address larger social challenges. Through the establishment of sustainable kitchens, Eric envisions creating a platform for community members to come together, learn, and thrive.
