Deeksha Ravi

Deeksha Ravi, hailing from India, is a passionate advocate for environmental education in schools. Recognizing the lack of project-based environmental learning opportunities for young students, Deeksha embarked on a mission to bridge this gap. Her innovative project focuses on empowering youth with problem-solving skills essential for tackling environmental challenges. Drawing from her personal experiences in various schools, Deeksha's journey led her to homeschooling, where she tailored her education around sustainability. This unique path inspired her to launch an environmental education program aimed at school students.

Deeksha's program offers a platform for students to engage in competitions spanning diverse fields such as writing, entrepreneurship, art, film, music, and scientific innovation, all centered on climate and sustainability themes. Through in-person events and collaborative community spaces, participants are equipped with the tools to become emerging leaders in environmental conservation.
