Education and Behavioral Change

Cayla's project focuses on teaching children essential sustainability skills. By instilling a culture of waste management, the initiative aims to help locals generate income and transform trash into a positive force for the planet.

Drawing on her experiences working closely with children from Roma and Turk populations in Dobrogea, Moldova, and Banat, Cayla has witnessed the urgent need for intervention and education in these underserved areas. Her innovative approach involves identifying key community leaders and equipping them with the tools and knowledge to launch educational programs for children, ensuring long-term sustainability and positive behavioral change.
