Recognizing the detrimental impact of vast amounts of edible food being discarded daily on both the environment and vulnerable populations' food security, Arnold founded ZeroWaste Eats. This innovative project utilizes a mobile app to connect food providers with surplus food to community organizations in need, facilitating efficient redistribution and reducing overall food waste. Driven by a belief in the power of sustainable solutions to tackle environmental and social challenges, Arnold is dedicated to combating food waste as it not only harms the planet but also deprives individuals of access to nutritious food. Through ZeroWaste Eats, Arnold aims to benefit his local community by reducing food waste, alleviating hunger, and promoting responsible food management practices.
