Hi, I’m Isabel Khira, the founder of Glow and Grow, a clean energy initiative that replaces kerosene lamps with solar alternatives in underserved communities through a “buy one, give one” model. What started as a small project has grown into a mission to bridge energy gaps through human connection and storytelling. With the support of the Mercedes-Benz Fellowship, I’m building a model that not only lights up homes but also inspires a ripple effect of climate action, one lamp at a time.
