2025 beVisioneers
Global Summit

On 8–10 April in Stuttgart, Germany, the beVisioneers Global Summit gathered 230 participants for three powerful days of connection, collaboration, and learning. Bringing together 130 Fellows from over 30 countries alongside social entrepreneurs, business and philanthropic leaders, and global ecosystem partners, the event became a dynamic showcase of youth-led innovation. Under the theme of Shared Agency, we explored what it means to take collective responsibility for a sustainable future. Ten Fellows presented their planet-positive ventures on stage, inspiring a global audience with bold ideas, local insights, and a shared vision for change.

“I’ve been really impressed. The projects themselves are really good. You can also see the passion of every fellow. It goes with the connection and the community being created. They need to be supported to scale these ideas. The discussions we had helped them, but I also learned a lot today.”

Isabelle Kokoschka, Global Head of Learning & Skills Management, Allianz

“This generation is the most educated and most connected one. It’s the most environmentally conscious that humanity has seen. We need to recognize that and we need to empower and help them develop these solutions for what is coming next.”

“I came away from the summit full of hope, knowing that there is whole host of young people from around the globe that care so deeply and working so hard to make this world a better place for ‘all.’ The talent and tenacity to address real-life issues, bring their lived experience to the forefront to fight for change was incredible to witness and experience.”

“As a climate advocate within the UN system, I often see bureaucracy and empty words. But at the beVisioneers Global Summit, I was inspired by fellows taking real action—people solving local problems with courage and community. These are the voices that deserve a global platform. Connecting with them as peers and learning from their work was a powerful and unexpected gift.”

Yuske Sake, Fellow, Portual

“As we think about shared agency for this summit its about the multiplier effect. What can one individual do with another, what’s the collaboration that can be seeded that creates more than what we can imagine to be possible in working together. That’s what this summit has been about.”

Mariah Levin, Executive Director, beVisioneers

“Before the summit, I thought shared agency was just a concept. But in Germany, I lived it — in every act of kindness, every mentor who believed in me, and every smile that made me feel like I belonged. I arrived carrying the hopes and dreams of my community, and I came back with a deeper truth that leadership isn’t about a position — it’s about listening, lifting others, and walking the journey together. That’s the power of beVisioneers. It didn’t just give me confidence — it gave me purpose.”

Phionah Nagaba, Fellow, Uaganda

“It’s been amazing to meet so many people from all over the world. Even those tackling the same issues but in different regions and from different cultural backgrounds, they’ve given me so many insights. What’s so special is that we are just excited for each other, we want everyone to win.”

Ricardo Lugo Garza, Fellow, Mexico

Intergenerational: learning

For some of our Visioneers the Global Summit was an opportunity to meet their mentors in person for the first time. We caught up with Patrick Hoefer, Manager at the Aerodynamic Department developing Mercedes-Benz class and Mentor to beVisioneers Fellow Henri Chikuru.

Spotlight Presentations

Throughout the days of the Global Summit, eight Fellows from Cohort 1 and 2 took to the stage to present their planet-positive projects. Representing diverse regions and sectors, each Fellow reflected on the progress made since joining beVisioneers and how the Fellowship’s support and community shaped their journey. Through their stories, they brought the theme of Shared Agency to life—showing how collective effort can turn bold ideas into real-world impact.
